Change in system Due to Covid-19

Dear customer, we will still be operating for repair and Customer purchasing from us.
However, we will not be have anymore walk-in for the time being. This effect will start from 7 April till May 4. If Government extend it, so will we.

We will be doing Pickup and Delivers for customer instead. We are changing from our $30 island wide pickup & delivery services to $20 for 2 ways. $10 delivery charges will apply to customer that already has their devices with us.

We still wont be charging customer if they dont wish to proceed with the repair or if it cant be repair. Diagnose is still free. However the Pickup and deliver services charges still applies.

We advice customer to make payment via Paynow instead of Cash when unit is delivered. 

We will be doing free delivery for customer who had pre-order Final Fantasy 7 remake from us. Customer that didnt pre-order, will need to pay $3 for the delivery on same day if they wish to purchase. 
Also, due to the disruption, final fantasy 7 remake will be release earlier then expected or later. This will depend on Agent, which we last check 3 April, stocks are not in Singapore yet.

We expect more customers will be requesting to repair their devices and those who are purchasing their gaming needs. please bear with us for the waiting time and we will try our very best to assist everyone on your needs.

We will be working on Laptop to loan for stayhome user while we repair their device.
However take note that loan unit are limited and we wont be able to fulfill all needs.

We also would like to apologies in advance as there will be delays with repair. Stocks wise, will also be limited.
